What should I do when the battery is dead ?
Can I record with a microphone, using an acoustic guitar and a microphone as the music source ?
The WE-001 records line level signals only ( ~200mVrms). To record with a microphone you need a pre-amplifier to amplify the microphone signal from 1mV to 200mV. You may use any cheap audio mixer.
How do I determine the volume for input level when connecting to an audio source for recording ?
The WE-001 has an automatic recording level function. You may inject a signal of ~ 200mVrms and the device shall adjust the recording level internally. If the source is a smartphone, we recommend adjusting the volume to 100%.
