An Expensive Experience

Whilst the product itself is beautiful and of grand quality, the shipping cost was expensive, yet suggested for custom reasons, only for the invoice to be sent out with 0% VAT paid on it. This in turn incurred another charge of £38.50 tax in order to be released and delivered. There was no mention at the time of checkout such extra charges would incur, so 3 stars only for my disappointment.

Fine product overall ... but I have connectivity issues

The product is robust, easy to use, but it wouldn't connect with my Bose soundbar. No problem with my Bluetooth headphones, though. The sound is better than others in the market but far from my old Sony Megabass.
